Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

Stand: 18. Oktober 2026 · Anbieter: CheckValue · CBDNOL GmbH, Nestroystraße 29, 4053 Ansfelden, Österreich

1. Leistung

2. Preise

Einzelbericht 4,99 €, 3er-Paket 9,99 €, 10er-Paket 24,99 € (jeweils inkl. USt.).

9. Google Maps

CheckValue (Website und App) enthält Funktionen und Inhalte von Google Maps (Adresssuche sowie Satelliten-, 3D- und Straßenansicht). Für die Nutzung dieser Funktionen und Inhalte gelten die jeweils aktuellen Zusätzlichen Nutzungsbedingungen für Google Maps/Google Earth (Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service) und die Datenschutzerklärung von Google.

10. Schlussbestimmungen

Terms of service

Version: 18 October 2026 · Provider: CheckValue · CBDNOL GmbH, Nestroystraße 29, 4053 Ansfelden, Österreich

1. Service. CheckValue produces automated, AI-assisted market value estimates with a reference list (the "report"). The free preview shows the layout and scope of the report with example values from a sample report; it contains no valuation of the requested property and is non-binding. The report is guidance only: not an appraisal, not a mortgage valuation, and not legal, tax or investment advice.

2. Prices. One report €4.99, 3-pack €9.99, 10-pack €24.99 (incl. VAT). Purchased reports never expire. CheckValue Pro, for businesses only, incl. VAT: monthly plan €49 per month (30 reports per month), 6-month plan €249 per 6 months (180 reports per term), yearly plan €399 per year (360 reports per year) – the same prices as in the App Store and on Google Play; extra reports for Pro customers €0.99 incl. VAT each. The quota applies to the respective term; unused Pro reports lapse at the end of the billing period. Existing subscriptions keep the quota agreed at purchase until the end of the current period. The VAT included follows the billing country and is shown at checkout and on the invoice; businesses with a valid VAT ID outside Austria get the same price without VAT shown (reverse charge). Prices are shown and charged in euros. Customers in the United States see and pay the US dollar prices displayed on the site, stated without US sales tax. The currency shown at checkout is the one that applies. In-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google at the prices shown there; one account holds one balance that works in the app and on the website alike.

3. Contract and delivery. The contract is formed when you click the order button; the report is generated right after payment and stored in your account. You receive an order confirmation by e-mail including your declarations from the checkout step.

4. Withdrawal and refunds. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons (see withdrawal notice). By expressly requesting immediate performance and acknowledging the loss of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal expires for the generated report. Unused reports from a pack and Pro terms that have not started remain refundable within the period. If no report arrives despite payment, or the wrong address was valued, we credit the report back automatically or refund on request within 30 days.

5. Pro subscription. One-month, six-month or twelve-month term; the price per term (section 2) includes VAT and is charged in advance – businesses with a valid VAT ID outside Austria pay the same price without VAT shown. The subscription renews automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the end of the current period; for the 6-month and yearly plans we remind you by e-mail 30 days before renewal. You can cancel at any time for the end of the term in your account ("Manage subscription"), via the cancellation button at checkvalue.net/en/cancel or by e-mail; cancellations are confirmed by e-mail. Subscriptions bought in the app are managed and cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account. Unused reports lapse at the end of the period. For subscriptions taken out on the website we record the company name, billing address, billing country and optionally the VAT ID; every invoice (start, renewal, extra reports) is created automatically, sent by e-mail and available as a PDF in your account under “Plan & invoices”. No free trial period is offered.

6. Use. Reports may be used for your own purposes and, with Pro, for your clients. Passing them off as appraisals or certified valuations is not permitted. US owner-of-record data may not be used for credit, insurance, employment or tenant screening (FCRA).

7. Referral programme (September 2026). Open to every CheckValue account with a confirmed e-mail address. You receive a personal referral code. If a person you invite enters your code within 14 days of creating their account and orders their first paid report within 90 days, you and that person each receive one bonus report, credited 14 days after that report provided no refund has occurred. Bonus reports are valid for 12 months, non-transferable, have no cash value and are used after plan reports. At most three referrals per referrer are rewarded per calendar year. Self-referrals, multiple accounts, posting codes on coupon sites and any manipulation are excluded; rewards may be withheld or revoked in such cases. The invitation is advertising for CheckValue; send it only to people who agree to receive it. We collect no data about invited persons before they create an account themselves. The programme may be ended with 30 days' notice; credited bonuses remain valid. Austrian law applies; there is no legal entitlement to participate. Details: referral programme terms.

8. Liability. Estimates rely on user input, public data and statistical models; deviations from actual sale prices are possible. Liability is limited to the price of the report except for personal injury or intent.

9. Google Maps. CheckValue (website and app) includes Google Maps features and content (address search and satellite, 3D and street views). Use of these Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

10. Final provisions. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention; mandatory consumer protection of your home country remains unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for businesses is the provider's seat.
